The LTC2996CDD is a highly accurate temperature sensor featuring adjustable over-temperature and under-temperature thresholds as well as an open drain alarm output. This device can convert the temperature of an external diode sensor or its own chip into an analog output voltage and suppress errors caused by noise and series resistance.
