Overview:

The LTC2997IDCB is a high accuracy analogue output temperature sensor. The device converts the temperature of an external sensor or its own temperature to an analogue voltage output. A built-in algorithm eliminates errors caused by series resistance between the LTC2997 and the sensor diode.

The LTC2997IDCB provides an additional 1.8V reference output that can be used either as an ADC reference input or to generate a temperature threshold voltage for comparison with the VPTAT output.
