The TPS62140RGTR is a high-efficiency synchronous step-down DC-DC converter that belongs to the TPS6214x family. The device is available in a 16-pin VQFN package (3mm x 3mm), optimised for high power density applications.

As a switching regulator based on the DCS-Control™ topology, the TPS62140RGTR features a wide input voltage range of 3V to 17V, supports continuous output currents up to 2A, and has an adjustable output voltage range of 0.9V to 6V.19 Its typical switching frequency of up to 2.5MHz allows for the use of small inductors while providing fast transient response.
