The TAS5753MDDCAR device is a high efficiency digital input audio amplifier designed to drive stereo speakers in a bridge load (BTL) configuration. One serial data input handles up to two discrete audio channels and integrates seamlessly with most digital audio processors and MPEG decoders. The device accepts a wide range of input data and data rates. A fully programmable data path routes these channels to the internal speaker drivers.

The TAS5753MDDCAR device is used only as a slave device to receive all externally supplied clocks. the TAS5753MDDCAR device uses a PWM carrier with a switching frequency between 288kHz and 384kHz, depending on the input sample rate. Oversampling in combination with a fourth-order noise shaper provides a white noise reference and excellent dynamic range from 20Hz to 20kHz. The device features an integrated DirectPath™ headphone amplifier and line drivers to increase system level integration and reduce overall solution cost.
