The TPS22968DPUR is a small, ultra-low RON dual-channel load switch with controlled turn-on capability. The device consists of two N-channel MOSFETs that operate over a 0.8 to 5.5V input voltage range and support up to 4A of continuous current per channel. Each switch is individually controlled by an on/off input (ON1 and ON2) that can be directly connected to a low voltage control signal. A 270Ω on-chip load resistor has been added to the TPS22968DPUR to enable fast output discharge when the switches are turned off.

The TPS22968DPUR is housed in a small, space-saving package (DPU) with an integrated thermal pad to support high power dissipation. The device is rated for operation over the -40 to +105°C temperature range in a naturally ventilated environment.
