The TPS2066CDR is a dual-channel, current-limited power distribution switch in an 8-SOIC package, designed for applications such as USB ports, laptops, digital TVs, and industrial equipment that require short-circuit protection and high-capacitance load drive. The chip integrates an N-channel MOSFET, supporting a 1A output current, and features fast overcurrent response, reverse current blocking, and thermal shutdown protection functions to effectively protect the system from abnormal operating conditions.
