The TPS2003CDRCR is a dual-channel, current-limited power distribution switch in a 10-VSON (3x3mm) package, designed for applications such as USB ports, laptops, digital TVs, and industrial equipment that require short-circuit protection and high-capacitance load drive. The chip integrates an N-channel MOSFET, supporting a 2A output current, and features fast overcurrent response, reverse current blocking, and thermal shutdown protection functions to effectively protect the system from abnormal operating conditions.

Dual-channel power switch: Supports two independent outputs, with each channel providing 2A continuous current (peak 2A).

Precise current limiting protection: current limiting accuracy ±20%, overcurrent response time 2μs (typical), preventing short-circuit damage.

Low on-resistance: 70mΩ (typical) high-side MOSFET, reducing power loss.

Intelligent protection mechanisms:

Over-temperature protection (triggered at 135°C, shut down at 155°C)

Reverse current blocking  

Undervoltage lockout (UVLO)  

Wide operating voltage: 4.5V to 5.5V, compatible with USB 5V power supply standards.
