The BTS462T is a smart high-side power switch launched by Infineon, belonging to the miniPROFET® series, using a TO-252-5 (DPak) package, and suitable for load drive applications in automotive electronics, industrial control, consumer electronics, and other fields. The device integrates an N-channel MOSFET, supports a wide input voltage range of 5V to 34V, provides a continuous output current of 3.5A, and features multiple protection functions such as overcurrent protection, over-temperature shutdown, and overvoltage protection, ensuring safe system operation.
