The TPS22990NDMLR is a 3.9mΩ single-channel load switch that not only has an adjustable turn-on time, but also has an integrated PG indicator. The device contains an N-channel MOSFET that can operate over a 0.6V to 5.5V input voltage range and supports up to 10A continuous current. The wide input voltage range and high current capability make the device suitable for a wide range of designs and end devices.The 3.9mΩ on-resistance minimises the voltage drop across the load switch and the power consumption of the load switch.The TPS22990 has an optional 218Ω on-chip resistor that allows the output to be quickly discharged when the switch is disabled, avoiding downstream loads that would otherwise suffer from power supply float. downstream loads from unknown states due to power supply float.
