The LT4293HMS is a power Receiving Device (PD) interface controller compliant with the LTPoE++/IEEE 802.3af/at/bt standard. T2P outputs distinguish between LTP ++ and IEEE 802.3bt power supply devices (PSE) during mutual identification and negotiation of available power.

The LT4293HMS features an external low-RDS (ON) N-channel hot-swapable MOSFETs that support the LT4320/LT4321 ideal bridge for increased end-to-end power transfer efficiency and the elimination of expensive heat fins. The LT4293HMS also includes power normal state output, onboard characteristic resistors, undervoltage lock, and thermal protection.
