The LT4276AHUFD is a pin-to-pin compatible IEEE 802.3 and LTPoE++ Receiving device (PD) controller family. The device includes an isolated switching regulator capable of performing synchronous operations in forward and flyback topologies with auxiliary power support capability.

The LT4276AHUFD uses the LTPoE++ grading scheme and can receive 38.7W, 52.7W, 70W or 90W of power on a PD RJ45 connector and return compatibility with the IEEE 802.3 standard.

The LT4276AHUFD supports forward and flyback power topologies and can be configured for a wide range of PoE applications. Flyback topology supports No-Opto feedback. The auxiliary input voltage can be accurately detected with a single resistance divider connected to the AUX pin.

External hot-swapable N-channel MOSFETs are used to achieve the lowest power dissipation and highest system efficiency

An end-to-end efficiency of >94% can be achieved with the LT4321 ideal diode bridge

Available in a 28-pin 4mm x 5mm QFN package
