The ADC128S052QCMTX is a 12-bit, 500kSPS, 8-channel SAR ADC with single-ended inputs and serial interface based on a successive approximation register architecture with internal track-and-hold circuitry. The converter is based on a successive approximation register architecture with internal track-and-hold circuitry. It is configurable to accept up to eight input signals via inputs IN0 to IN7.

The output serial data is direct binary and is compatible with standards such as SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE and many common DSP serial interfaces.
