The ADRF5062BCCZN is a silicon, non-reflective, differential SPDT switch. The switch operates in a frequency range of 100 MHz to 13 GHz, with insertion losses of less than 1.0 dB and isolation of more than 40 dB. The RF input power processing capability of the ADRF5062 is: differential 33 dBm (through path), differential 30 dBm (end path) and differential 27 dBm RF common port hot switching.
