NXH100T120L3Q0S1NG is a power module with a T-type neutral clamping (NPC) three-level inverter. It consists of 100 A/1200 V half-bridge IGBTs and 40 A/1200 V half-bridge diodes as well as 75 A/650V NP IGBTs and 50 A/650V NP diodes. The module also contains an onboard thermistor.
