The NFVA22512NP2T device is an advanced automotive IPM module that provides a full-featured, high-performance inverter output stage for hybrid and electric vehicles. The module integrates an optimized built-in IGBT gate driver to minimize EMI and loss, while also providing multiple module protection features including undervoltage lock, overcurrent shutdown, driver IC thermal monitoring and fault reporting.

The built-in high speed HVIC requires only one supply voltage and converts the input logic level gate input into the high voltage, high current drive signal needed to properly drive the IGBTs inside the module. Each phase has a separate negative IGBT terminal to support the widest range of control algorithms.
