The NFL25065L4BT is a Motion SPM 2 module that provides a full-featured, high-performance interlaced PFC(power factor correction) input power stage for consumer electronics, medical and industrial applications. These modules integrate optimized gate drives with built-in IGBTs to minimize EMI and losses, while also providing multiple module protection features including undervoltage latches, overcurrent shutdowns, thermal monitoring, and fault reporting. These modules also feature full-wave rectifiers and high-performance output diodes for further space savings and easy installation.
