The TPS22990DMLR is a 3.9mΩ single-channel load switch that not only has an adjustable turn-on time, but also has an integrated PG indicator. The device contains an N-channel MOSFET that can operate over a 0.6V to 5.5V input voltage range and supports up to 10A continuous current. The wide input voltage range and high current capability make the device suitable for a wide range of designs and end devices.
