The LM27761DSGR Low Noise Regulated Switched Capacitor Voltage Inverter provides an adjustable, ultra-low noise output for input voltages in the 2.7V to 5.5V range. The use of four low-cost capacitors in the application solution can provide up to 250mA of output current. The device's regulated output is adjustable from -5V to -1.5V. The LM27761DSGR operates at a 2MHz (typical) switching frequency to reduce output resistance and voltage ripple. The LM27761DSGR operates at only 370µA (charge pump power efficiency is greater than 80% for most loads) and has a typical shutdown current of 7µA, providing ideal performance when driving power amplifiers, DAC bias supply rails, and other high-current, low-noise voltage applications.
