The NTMFSC0D9N04CL Single N-channel 40V power MOSFETs feature ultra-low drain-source on-resistance (RDS(on)) to minimize on-loss. The drain-source voltage (VDSS) is 40V and the grid-source voltage (VGS) is ±20V. Applications include: synchronous rectifiers in AC-DC and DC-DC power supplies, motor switches, and load switches. The NTMFSC0D9N04CL N-channel MOSFETs feature low capacitance and package inductance in a double-sided cooling package.
