The NTH4L027N65S3F SuperFET® III MOSFET is a high-voltage over-junction (SJ) n-channel MOSFET designed to meet the high power density, system efficiency and ultra-high reliability requirements of telecommunications, servers, electric vehicle (EV) chargers and solar products. With excellent reliability, low electromagnetic interference, high efficiency and excellent thermal performance, this device is ideal for high performance applications.
