MPQ18913GRPE-AEC1 is a high frequency half-bridge transformer driver. It is ideal for use as a primary MOSFET in isolated power supplies for bias silicon carbide (SiC) FETs, silicon FETs and insulated-gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs). The MPQ18913 integrates control, switching power stages, and protection circuits in a single device, greatly simplifying the design of isolated bias power supplies, and this topology supports designs with high isolation voltages and small interwinding capacitors.
