The ADC3669IRTD is a 16-bit 500MSPS dual-channel analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The device is designed to achieve a high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and provides a noise spectral density of −160dBFS/Hz (500MSPS).

The ADC3669 is equipped with a flexible LVDS interface. In extraction bypass mode, the device uses a 16-bit wide parallel DDR LVDS interface. When using extraction, the output data is transmitted using a serial LVDS interface, reducing the number of channels required when extraction is increased. For high extraction rates, the output resolution can be increased to 32 bits.
