Overview: 

The ADS7067IRTER is a small, 16-bit, 8-channel, high-precision successive approximation register (SAR) type analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The ADS7067IRTER features an integrated capacitorless reference and reference buffer, which eliminates the need for more external components and helps to reduce the overall solution size. The ADS7067IRTER features a built-in offset calibration function that improves accuracy over the wide operating range of the system. A programmable averaging filter enables higher resolution measurements.
