The LTC3859ALIUHF is a high-performance, three-output (buck/buck/boost) synchronous DC/DC switching regulator for driving full n-channel power MOSFET stages. The constant frequency current mode architecture provides phase-locked switching frequencies up to 850kHz.

Maintain the output in a stable state during cold car start as low as 2.5V

Wide offset input voltage range: 4.5V to 38V

Step-down output voltage range: 0.8V ≤ VOUT ≤ 24V

Boost output voltage up to 60V

100% duty cycle for boost synchronous MOSFETs, even in Burst Mode® operation

Phase-locked frequency (75kHz to 850kHz)

Programmable fixed frequency (50kHz to 900kHz)

Continuous, pulse jump or low ripple burst mode operation can be selected under light load conditions

Very low buck differential pressure operation: 99% duty cycle

Adjustable output voltage soft start or tracking

Low downtime IQ: 10μA

Small form factor 38 pin 5mm x 7mm QFN package
