The LTC7151SJV-4 is a high-efficiency, single-chip synchronous step-down regulator capable of delivering 15A current to the load. The device adopts phase-lock-in controlled on-time constant frequency and current mode architecture. PolyPhase operation allows multiple LTC7151S regulators to operate out of phase, reducing the number of input and output capacitors required. The operating supply voltage ranges from 3.1V to 20V.
