The LTC4381ADKE-2 is a low static current electronic fuse with surge protection. Overvoltage protection is provided by clamping the gate voltage of the internal 9mΩ N channel MOSFETs to limit the output voltage to a safe value during an overvoltage event, such as an automotive load drop.
