The TPS26625DRCR high voltage electronic fuse is a compact, feature-rich design with a full suite of protection features. a wide supply input range of 4.5V to 60V enables control of many commonly used DC bus voltages. The device can withstand and protect loads powered by positive and negative supplies up to ±60V. Input and output reverse polarity protection is supported. Integrated back-to-back FETs provide reverse current blocking, making the device suitable for systems that require output voltage to be maintained during power failure and undervoltage conditions.
