The STM32U031K6U6 is an ultra-low-power microcontroller based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M0+ 32-bit RISC core operating at up to 56 MHz.The STM32U031C6 device embeds high-speed memories (up to 64KB of Flash memory and 12KB of SRAM with hardware parity), as well as connectivity to the APB and AHB buses and the APB and AHB buses, as well as a variety of enhanced I/O and peripherals connected to the 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix. They also embed protection mechanisms such as read protection and write protection for embedded Flash and SRAM.
