The IAUT240N08S5N019 is a 240A 80V n-channel MOSFET in PG-HSPO-8-1 leadless package. Infineon OptiMOS™ 5-power MosFeTs are designed to increase system efficiency while reducing system costs. This device has lower RDS(on) and quality factor (RDS(on) x Qg) compared to other alternatives.
