The TPS62150AQRGTRQ1 device is an easy-to-use synchronous step-down DC/DC converter optimised for applications. The high switching frequency, typically 2.5MHz, allows the use of small inductors and provides fast transient response and high output voltage accuracy using the DCS-Control™ topology.

With a wide operating input voltage range of 3 to 17V, this device is ideally suited for systems powered by an intermediate bus power rail. The output voltage is 0.9V to 6V and supports up to 1A continuous output current (using 100% duty cycle mode).

The output voltage start-up slope is controlled by a soft-start pin, enabling operation as a standalone power supply or in a tracking configuration. Power sequencing is also possible by configuring the enable and open-drain power normal pins.
