The MAX77533BEWC33 is a synchronous rectifier, 1.5A, step-down DC-DC converter optimised for use in 2- and 3-cell battery-powered and USB-C powered applications. The converters operate over a 3V to 14V input voltage range. The output voltage can be set via the I2C serial port from 0.8V to 5V in 50mV steps, or the output voltage can be adjusted using an external feedback resistor from 1.55V to 99% of the supply voltage. 1.2V, 1.8V, and 3.3V factory preset default voltages are provided, reducing the number of components in commonly used power rail designs. The devices offer a low IQ SKIP mode that allows efficient operation at light loads.
