The MAX77839AEWL high-efficiency buck-boost regulator features an industry-leading 6μA quiescent current. The device is designed for use with single-cell lithium-ion batteries down to any battery chemistry with a 1.8V discharge voltage. It supports an input voltage range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V and an output voltage range of 2.3 V to 5.3 V. The IC offers two different switching current limits to optimise external component sizing for a given load current requirement. The buck-boost regulators are available in a 2.07mm x 1.51mm, 15-ball wafer level package (WLP) and a 2.5mm x 2.0mm, 11-pin FC2QFN package.
