The BTS4300SGA is a single-channel intelligent high-end power switch. It is embedded in the PG-DSO-8-24 package and offers protection functions and diagnostic functions. The power transistor consists of an N-channel power MOSFET as a charge pump. The device is monolithically integrated in intelligent technology. Designed for driving relays or LEDs in harsh automotive environments.
