The NCV7751DQR2G device is a 12-channel low-voltage side driver for automotive door terminals, with a driving capacity of up to 600 mA per channel. Output control is carried out through SPI communication, providing convenient fault reports for open-circuit loads (or ground short circuits), overloads and high-temperature conditions. In addition, all drivers of NCV7751DQR2G integrate output clamps for inductive loads. The NCV7751DQR2G adopts an SSOP−24 package with exposed pads and features excellent thermal performance.
