The FCH150N65F-F155 is part of the SuperFET® power MOSFETs, a new generation of patented high-voltage MOSFET device family that employs an advanced charge-balancing mechanism to achieve outstanding low on-resistance and lower gate charge performance. This advanced technology is tailored to reduce on-state losses, provide excellent switching performance, withstand extreme dv/dt ratios and higher avalanche energy. SuperFET® II MOSFETs are suitable for a wide range of AC/DC power conversions in switched-mode operation, enabling system miniaturisation and higher efficiency.
