The MC33905 is a device in the second generation System-on-Chip family that integrates a variety of performance and enhanced module designs.

- As an advanced power management unit, the MC33905 is suitable for MCUs and additional ICs such as sensors and CAN transceivers.

- The built-in enhanced high-speed CAN interface (ISO11898-2 and -5) features local and bus fault diagnosis, protection functions, and fail-safe operation modes.

- SBC can contain 0, 1 or 2 LIN2.1 interfaces connected to LIN output pin switches

- Includes two or three wake-up input pins that can be configured as output drivers for flexibility
