The P3A1604UKAZ is a 4-bit dual power conversion transceiver with automatic direction sensing and support for bidirectional voltage level conversion. The power supply voltage range of P3A1604UKAZ is relatively wide, with VCCA ranging from 0.72V to 1.98V and VCCB from 1.62V to 3.63V. It supports I3C/I²C/SMBus/SPI applications. This device uses advanced process nodes to help convert the latest SoC/ASIC/MCU, so as to connect with peripherals on a higher voltage rail.
