STMicroelectronics VN7016AJTR automotive high-side drivers are single or dual channel high-side drivers, manufactured using ST's proprietary VIPower® M0-7 technology and available in the PowerSSO-16 package. These devices are used to drive 12V automotive ground loads via 3V and 5V CMOS compatible interfaces.
