The FPF2895CUCX has a 28 V and 5 A rated current-limited power switch that provides overcurrent protection (OCP), overvoltage protection (OVP), and true reverse current blocking (TRCB) to protect the system. It has a low on-resistance (27 m typical) and a WL-CSP input voltage range of 4 V to 22 V. The FPF2895CUCX is designed to be used in a wide range of applications.

The FPF2895CUCX supports 10% current-limiting accuracy, flexible operation such as optional OVP, selectable ON polarity, and selectable OCP behaviour, optimised for system requirements.

The FPF2895CUCX is available in a 24-bump, 1.67 mm x 2.60 mm wafer-level chip-scale package (WLCSP) with 0.4 mm pitch.
