The LD57100J330R is a high-precision ultra-low differential voltage regulator that delivers 1A current. It is equipped with an NMOS transmission transistor whose gate is biased by a dedicated pin, so ultra-low differential voltage performance is achieved even at very low input voltages. The device comes in a Flip Chip6 (0.8mm x 1.2mm) package for maximum space savings. The LD57100 features extremely low voltage differential, low static current and short circuit protection, making it suitable for low-power battery-powered applications.
