The ADUM4120-1BRIZ is a 2A isolated single-channel driver that uses iCoupler® technology to provide high precision isolation. The ADUM4120-1 offers 5 kV rms isolation in a 6-pin wide-body SOIC package with a longer creepage distance. The isolation element combines high-speed CMOS and integral transformer technology to provide outstanding performance with both pulse transformer and gate driver characteristics.
