The ADUM3220WBRZ is a 4A isolated dual-channel gate driver using iCoupler® technology. The isolation device integrates high-speed CMOS with single-chip transformer technology and has outstanding performance characteristics over alternative devices such as pulse transformers and gate driver combinations. The ADUM3220 provides digital isolation in two independently isolated channels with a maximum propagation delay of 60 ns and interchannel matching of 5 ns.
