Provides 27 dB typical gain over the 12 GHz to 17 GHz frequency range, 1.8 dB typical gain, and typical output third-order intercept (OIP3) of 30.5 dBm saturated output power (PSAT) of up to 20.5 dBm over the 12 GHz to 17 GHz range Power dissipation can be achieved by lowering both the OIP3 and the output power (POUT).
