The HMC532LP4ETR is a GaAs InGaP heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) MMIC VCO with integrated resonator, negative resistance device, varactor, buffer amplifier. The VCO operates at frequencies from 7.1 to 7.9 GHz. Due to the single-chip structure of the oscillator, its phase noise performance is excellent under different temperature, shock and vibration conditions. The power output is +14 dBm (typical) with a + 3V single power supply and 85 mA power consumption. This voltage controlled oscillator is available in a pinless QFN 4x4 mm surface mount package.
