The TLC69600RTWR is a scanning MOSFET controller compatible with the current trap driver TLC696x2/4/8 for 2/4/8 time division multiplexing control. Each device incorporates 16 constant current traps for up to 8 scanning MOSFET controls. The devices have a ghosting cancellation feature that eliminates upper ghosting.
