The VNQ500PEPTR-E Power switch/driver is a monolithic device designed with ST VIPower M0-3 technology for driving loads on any side connected to the ground. The device has active current limiting, combined with latch thermal closing, to protect the device from overload. In the case of excessive temperature in one channel, the relative I/O pin is pulled down. When the ground pin is disconnected, the device automatically shuts down.
