The TPSM5601R5HEXTRDAR power module is a highly integrated 1.5A power supply solution that integrates a 60V input step-down DC/DC converter with power MOSFET, a shielded inductor and multiple passive devices in a thermally-enhanced QFN package. The product has an adjustable wide output voltage range of 1.0V to 16V. The overall solution requires only four external components and eliminates loop compensation and magnetic element selection in the design process.
