The MAX38640AENT is an ultra-low 330nA quiescent current nanoPower family of step-down (buck) DCDC converters. Operating from 1.8V to 5.5V, they support load currents up to 175mA, 350mA, and 700mA with 96% peak efficiency. With a shutdown current of only 5nA, these devices offer ultra-low quiescent current, small overall solution size, and high efficiency over the full load range. Available in a space-saving 1.42mm x 0.89mm 6-pin WLP (2x3 bump, 0.4mm pitch) and 2mm x 2mm 6-pin µDFN package.
