The MAX38640BELT21 is an ultra-low 330nA quiescent current nanoPower family of step-down (buck) DCDC converters that operate from 1.8V to 5.5V and support load currents up to 175mA, 350mA, and 700mA with 96% peak efficiency. With a shutdown current of only 5nA, these devices offer ultra-low quiescent current, small overall solution size, and high efficiency over the full load range. No active discharge resistor is used during shutdown, so the output can be regulated or held high by another power or charge output.
