The MPQ4425CGQBE-AEC1 is a high-frequency, synchronous, rectifier, buck, switch-mode amplifier, white LED (WLED) driver with built-in power MOSFETs that provides a compact solution to achieve up to 1.5A continuous output current (IOUT). Achieve up to 1.5A continuous output current (IOUT) over the voltage (VIN) range with excellent load and line regulation. Current mode control provides fast transient response and improved loop stability. Comprehensive protection features include overcurrent protection (OCP) and thermal shutdown. Requires few off-the-shelf standard external components and is available in a space-saving QFN-13 (2.5mmx3mm) package.
